What is Outfitter Trading Company?
Outfitter Trading Company (OTC) is an outerwear and performance apparel brand started in Colorado. OTC was originally created to be the private label apparel brand for the resort retail apparel company Shirt Off My Back, but has since transitioned into e-commerce sales directly to customers.

Shipping
Why can I only select UPS shipping options?
At this time we only offer UPS shipping options.
Can you ship to International addresses?
Currently, OTC can only ship to addresses and P.O. boxes located in the United States. OTC does not ship to APO's, FPO', or U.S. territory addresses.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Products shipped via UPS Ground will take approximately 4-5 business days to reach your designated address.
How do I know when my order ships?
When your order ships you will be sent a confirmation order with a parcel tracking code and an estimation of expected delivery.
Payment
What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards as well as OTC issued Gift Cards.
The address that I entered for payment is correct but was not accepted , why is this happening?
The most likely reason for this issue is that the billing address entered at checkout does not match the address on file from the company that issued the payment card. This discrepancy can automatically reject some purchase instances. Please call customer service at +1-303-795-7432 if you experience difficulty in completing your purchase.
Can I purchase OTC apparel items in bulk?
Of course! However the website not be easiest way to complete a 12, 24, 72, 144, etc... piece order with multiple colors and size choices. Please email us at sales@outfittertradingco.com or call us at 303-795-7432 to discuss bulk purchasing orders.

All sales on 'Sale/Clearance' merchandise are considered final and no refunds and/or exchanges will be permitted.
